CLINIC PRE-REGISTRATION & REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Before completing and submitting the registration form, pre-register with Jody via email or by texting (720) 201-4363 to reserve a spot.

2. Complete and submit the registration form. There are three options:

   • Complete and submit the online form

   • Download the Word registration form, complete it, and email it to Jody

   • Download the Word registration form, print and complete it, and mail it to Two Spruce Farm

3. Submit payment via preferred payment method.

   To pay by Venmo, log in to your Venmo account and search for the name Two Spruce Farm.

   To pay by Credit Card, select the appropriate clinic payment link.

   • Obstacle Clinic

   • Cow Working Clinic

   • Ground Pole Patterns Clinic

   To pay by check, please write a separate check for each clinic and mail it with the registration form. Checks will not be cashed until after the clinic is held.

   • Make check(s) payable to: Two Spruce Farm

   • Mail check(s) with a copy of your registration(s) to: Two Spruce Farm, 3714 West County Rd 2, Berthoud, CO 80513

   To pay by cash, payment in full is due the day of the clinic.

4. Receive a confirmation email or text from Jody verifying that your spot is secure.

5. One week prior to clinic date, you will receive another CONFIRMATION email for you to confirm your spot and "what to expect at the clinic" details.

6. Complete and return via email the Liability and Injury Waiver or bring it with you on the day of clinic(s).
